I was out of town for a few days, missed upper body session Sun night, started back with my regular Tue night squats tonight.

Tue 18 June 13

15 min. of stretching

Leg Ext
35x15x2
Leg Curl
35x15x2

Squats
Bar X10x1
95x8x1
135x6x1
185x5x1
225x5x1
275x5x1
315x5x1 Added belt and knee wraps
365x5x1

Leg Ext
35x15x2
Leg Curl

Was planning on doing GHR's and Back Raises, but I ran out of time.

If I can get 365 for 5 next time I will go up to 405 for one more set and stay with it until I can get 5 reps.

I'm back. Life got in the way, tonight will be the first training session in three weeks.

I'll let you know how it went in about 1.5 hours from now.

Well the last three weeks has been a trying time for me, between work and taking care of my wife.

A seventeen year old kid ran a stop sign running 25 mph over the speed limit and hit my wife broadside, on drivers side, if it wasn't for her wearing a seat belt and the airbags I don't think she would have made it out alive.

Things are finally getting back to normal enough for me to get back in the gym.
