Had a awesome squat day today, didn't go for a PR or anything; but my form/technique was just dialed in. Don't really know how to explain it but everything just felt good and strong, hope I can do it again next time!

Just keep hammering and keep eating. Hopefully somebody more knowledgeable will chime in, but everything I've read says that guys with a sub-400 deadlift just need to squat and deadlift more. Rack pulls don't become useful until you're over the 4plate mark I guess.

I don't have my log in front of me right now, but I know I missed 300 a couple of times right after pulling 295 relatively easily. Deadlift is a strange beast.

I'd say your right, the weight was probably just too heavy for the time being. I know it will happen, I need to be more patient and just focus a little more on building upon that goal.
