Really nice strict press there. Moving some heavy weights. That superset looks great also.

Crapped out on the third set of squats (was a bit wobbly to start with). Was hoping for ~5 reps there. Would've got that, otherwise.

But there are some definite rep PRs today, and the rest, I'm fairly sure about as well.

All in all, a good session.


Friday is now the big Squat day (as it has been), with Bench and BB Row @ ~90% of Monday's weight, for max reps. Plus power shrugs, of course. Also, calves if I have time.
