Flat Bench - 12X135; 10X185; 7X195; 10X185
Incline DB - 8X55; 8X65; 8X70; 6X75; 8X70
Front Raises with 35 lb plate - four sets of eight
DB shoulder press - 8X40; 8X45; 8X45; 8X45
Side laterals with 20 lb DB - four sets of eight
Lying triceps extensions - 70 lb easy curl bar - five sets of eight
Triceps push downs - 50 lb - four sets of eight
