Hi thanks for reading!

I'm soon to be 30 year old lifter from Canada

Brand new dad! Odin Benjamin Church was born April 6th

I'm proudly sponsored by SD Pharmaceuticals, a Canadian supplement company

I'm currently training for a meet in California December 2013

I'm also currently training for the most part raw. I'm in the process of switching gear companies so I figured I would get strong while I get use to the new gear.

If you have any questions just ask! I love helping out lifters that want to get better.

Training May 14th 2013

Squat - worked up to 595 for 5
Bench - worked up to 365 for 3
Deadlift - worked up to 655 for 1

I'm not sure of that's sarcastic or not.

My current training is squatting ,benching and deadlifting 3 times a week alternating the intensities
