That F6 rep looked rock solid.

F6 looked ridiculously fast. What caused you to abort on the Katana rep?

Thanks guys!!

That was as far as that Katana would let me go down any further haha... it is so much shirt! I'm not advanced enough of a lifter to be using that one

Maybe when I'm closer to 800, that will be my shirt

Welcome to the board!

What prompted the change in gear brands?

I am sure a double SK would be pretty hard to touch without some serious weights!

Wonder how much diff a double f6 is from a tricked out single katana in carry over?

Thanks!!

Evil twin is the reason I switched. i love the concept and called to talk to Derek and ended up working on a partnership for the gear. I want to be the Canadian distributor for ET, but i want to sell a product i believe in.

There is probably not much difference in the carryover of the F6 and the single super katana. But the open back f6 is a lot easier to get into lol and I also just happen to have a F6. I tried a old katana I had and also hit 585, but it wasn't as easy

Shitty training day today. A couple nagging injuries caught up with me

Squat: worked up to 505 for 1, this was supposed to be for 5, but my knee didn't feel right. No point in getting hurt right now
Bench: worked up to 365 for 1. A shoudler/bicep issue reared it's ugly head. with no spotters I decided to call it there
Deadlift: worked up to 605 and missed it. I missed because I sucked at everything today.

time to man up and fix what ails me
