Thursday benching again.
Close grip this time

i didn't know what I wanted to do, so just started benching
it all felt heavy until 275, those 3 sets were great. 315-5 was a grinder so that's why I didn't try it for 8

going to try to squat this weekend!

That is all! My wife is training for her first meet, and we brought little baby Odin with us to the gym...... Since her training is more important at this point, when it came to baby minding. I was the guy!!

With the crew I train with it seems like nothing. Jay Nera was doing 8 sets of 5 with 455 all with in 25 mins. Kade Weber was doing 365 front squats for 8 sets and 3 second holds on the last rep..... They are awesome to train with!

Thanks for the Birthday wishes!!

I haven't been posting for two reasons. 1. If anyone has very new kids, they will understand that you don't get a lot of free time!!
2. On my birthday I was told I need surgery on my left knee, so I have been taking it easy doing a lot of upper body work

I'm going to start keeping a bit more, but there will be nothing exciting on it haha

I have also started pulling a heavy sled twice a week to help keep my weight down to as close to 242 as possible
