One of the reasons I'm only training 3 days a week is tohelp cope with the lack of sleep. Seems to be going well so far haha

I'm sorry! I was making a joke on the word modest. Al was saying you were being modest about yourself, which you were. And I was pointing out there's nothing modest about those numbers which there isn't. I'm sorry that came out badly, that was not my intent at al

So, to start over, awesome numbers you have. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go from here and what advice you might have.

Not a great training day today. Long day kicked my ass

Squat - 645 for 3
Bench - 405 for 1, 435 miss
Deadlift - 495 for 5, 545 for 2 missed twice

Training today at QuestPTS in Cornwall Ontario. A great spot and the closest monolift to me! (1.5 hour drive)

Bench worked to a 585 in a double ply katana, not a god damn chance haha, too much shirt

585 in a double ply f6... BOOM! I found my shirt!

Squatting in briefs and knee sleeves
Worked up to 805 for a high single
