Default 6/3/13 off week??

Visititing my girlfriend in Houston so hard to keep my diet on track and also hard to train like normal. Got in a half decent bodybuilderesque workout.

Tricep push down 3x6

Did what I could with what energy and environment I had to deal with.

110x12 Couldn't grip the dumbbell. Had ripped my calluses to hell on bar rows so even with straps I could barely hold on.

Pretty good day overall. Spent a lot of time in between sets teaching a friend how to squat, OHP, and deadlift so that hurt me a bit in exercise hence why I cut some lifts out of today.

Fought for every rep. Weights felt like I was trying to move a mountain, but I still pressed on.

Was pretty finished after the squats so I did some deadlifts for form critique and some weighted situps.

Big difference as the sets went on. I was consistently able to create a tighter setup, stable hand width, and a wrist position that was easier on my wrist. Have a vid of first and last set and the differences are phenomenal.

Was supposed to do more arm action, but my stomach acted up and continuing the workout chanced a new pair of underwear hahaha.
