Default Chest/Arms

Did a little something inspired an article BTB put up on the forum about 8x8.

Pushups:
Did 8 sets of 8/8/8 regular/wide/close. Total of 192 pushups with about 30 seconds rest between sets.

DB Alt Curls:
8x8 with 30's.

DB Kickbacks:
8x8 with 25's.

Abs:
Did various exercise doing sets of 8 and then finished with a few ab rollouts.

Whole workout: ~30 minutes.

Default Back/Shoulders

Broke out the tire again

Tire Deadlift while standing on enough 2x4's to match bar height. So it was pretty much a snatch grip deadlift:
275x5
315x5
365x3
405x3
450x3
450x3
450x3

Pretty good I'd say for a sumo deadlifter. The tire started at a weight of 275. I added 5's and 10's to get to 395. I then put in 2 15 pound dumbbells, 1 25 pound dumbbell, and 1 adjustable dumbbell that weighed 10 pounds and tada: 450 pounds.

DB Row:

One arm DB Push Press:

Back days at home will be easy to replicate.

Default Cardio :O

Did a 2 part circuit:

Farmers walk with tire (275) for about 30 yards
then 50 jump ropes.

Only enough time between sets to catch my breath.

I did 10 rounds. So 300yds of walking and 500 jump ropes. Drenched in sweat.

Found some of my empty whey containers, filled them with water and each weighed ~16 pounds, when calculating weights I left them at 15 each.
