Took it easy as the past few days I've been hurling and in and out of the bathroom. Weights felt heavy, but I pushed through and got the weights and reps I was supposed to on the first 2 lifts.

Default Rep Deadlift - Bad Day

Worked up to 315 on 1" deficit deads. Hamstring felt slightly off but I decided to try another warm up of 365. Got it about 1/4 of the way up and my hamstring twinged. After injuring my hamstring so many times I know exactly what that means: Stop or deal with a tear. Immediately dropped the weight and went home. No use fighting with my hamstring. It's perfectly fine with some lifts and extremely finicky with other. 1" deficit deads is now among the group of lifts I will avoid.

Good call knowing when to stop. One silly rep isn't worth months of pain and recovery

Absolutely. Been battling this injury for ~6 years now and I know when to call it quits.

Default Heavy Bench

Bench:
280x2 Felt heavy. Video looked fast.
280x2 Same as before.
280x2 And again.
300x2 Video was closer to how it felt.
320x2 exactly how they all felt is how the video shows it

Had to do something after the hamstring injury yesterday to pick up my spirits.

Floor Press:
215x15
215x14.5 So close.

Wide Grip Pullups:
BWx12
BWx12
BWx12

DB Shrugs:
50x15
50x15
50x15

Decline Skulls (no video):
45x25
45x25
45x50

Did some hamstring curls and it felt fine...Did some good morning and it felt fine once again. Did high bar ATG squats and I felt it big time. Possibly a glute injury and not a hamstring. Will keep taking care of it.

Default *UPDATE*

Thought I'd bring things up to speed of where I'm at and how things are looking for the immediate future.

For now I've lost access to my gym. The coaches changed the locks on the gates without any notification. Possibly due to a school rule and not of their own accord.

So, without having to put strains on them, I'm going to make due without.

I have a tractor tire and 3 adjustable dumbbells, one of which weighs 10lbs. And I also have 110 pounds in 10's and 5's.

With this little equipment, I have 3 weeks to try and maintain. I realize I'll lose strength so my main focus for now is TUT and flexibility.

There is also a possibility of getting some real weights, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

After those 3 weeks I will be back at college, where my lifting focus will have to be altered. I will be returning to PHAT as my college rec center isn't truly accommodated towards powerlifting. My focus will turn to muscle mass and as much strength as possible. The main reason I'm doing this is the mentality of a "commercial" gym because that's what it is. No chalk, no yelling, etc. etc. I can do bodybuilding with strength based compounds in this environment, but all out crazy, grunting, yelling, and balls to the wall lifting is out of the question. On top of which my girlfriend will be my spotter, as I'm an extreme introvert.
Would consider other gyms, but I'm a college student and as such I use what I have available.
