3 days a week is gonna be a minimum, but since I'm getting enough sleep and eating enough food I'm shooting for 4-5 days, especially now since I'm not in PR territory and the initial soreness is gone.

Front squats are brutal with the clean grip, it's hard to breathe but I like them that way.Bumping the weight on all assistance exercises next week.
