DONEEEE. Calamine lotion all over my body, poision ivy is still spreading, not sure how? Washed shoes and sheets, let's hope I don't need to see a doctor and get some prednisone... I heard it takes a while to go away.. only bad spot is my foot is all puffed up and itchy..

Worked out in my buddies basement today, was AWESOME. He has anything you need to be simple and strong. A Squat Rack with the pullup bars on top, a flat bench, plenty of weights, a dip station, leg/hacksquat, some other stuff, only thing he doesn't have much of are dumbbells. Most importantly, he has a rope, and he has a sled for sled pulls. So Squat day is going to become brutal this summer in the sun....
