Didn't realize I was doing the wrong acclimation set reps until I saw it was 3 week, oh well just a few more reps.

DB Incline:
50 x 10

Dips:
BW x 20

Flat DB Press:
60 x 10

Chins: (all throughout the workout)

Also, some sled work and combat rope work. Awesome training day.

Little bit going on in my life, all my friends are home from college so I am going to spend the summer at my moms. My father and my mother split when I was a baby and my whole life I've never had a great balance. I always lived with my mom, and my father lives an hour away, until last summer I moved in with my father and worked for him. I still work for him but now I want to have a balance, I want to go between the two places. The only thing that will change is that I can cancel my 35 dollar a month gym membership and keep my 10 dollar one for golds gym. That would mean I can workout there when I'm at my dads, and the high school and my buddies basement when I'm home. Win win.

Did an ab circuit. basically just did knee raises, dumbbell side bends and then an ab coaster or something. Then did about 15 minutes of sledge hammer and tire work. Done.
