Knee wraps take a bit to get used to, however once you master the groove of them i.e. finding your perfect wrapping technique, you will never go heavy without them. We have a philosophy at GT Barbell, if I'm given all this legal equipment to train and compete with then I'm goods use it!! Lol

Man, tough day at the office. I hate not being all there for OH day, but it is tough going all out all week and going all out on this day too. I might have to turn this into a bodybuilding day like the Cube or something. I'll give it a few more more weeks to see, but this day is damn hard after everything else this week or any week. We'll see.

Mike's Old School Plan week 3 redone.

warmups: dislocations, band stuff, chinups 2x 2

OHP:
1x 150

ss w/ chins 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

Push Press:

4x 5x 135
ss w/ Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 5x 12x 160

Bench:
2x 12x 155 (easiest thing of the day)

Giant Set:
Hammers: 1x 20x 23
Side Raise 1x 20x 5 (rt shoulder is so weak!!)
Rear Raise 1x 20x 10
Front Raise 1x 20x 10
DB Ext 1x 20x 23

Hammers: 1x 20x 23
was called away and that was that. Was mentally done anyway.

150, on OHP, I try to do a slow negative any chance I get, so that's why some of them are slow.:
10x 115:
2x 165:
5x 135, fat man cardio more than anything else I'm sorry to say. I can do much more weight for this type thing, but I am out of shape sadly:

I like slow descents on OHP. Really grind them out if you can because I think it helps your top end strength. No actual evidence of course, but there you go.

I think I need to do some Donnie stuff to seat my right shoulder properly. I get away with what I am doing, but in general, my balky shoulder needs some attention.

There you go. Onward and upward.

I really appreciate all you guys that follow. It helps me. I video this stuff that is nowhere near impressive because your support helps me push it to where it needs to be. I will get there.

Fine pressing session Mike,
I'll concur that anything over 5 reps on OHP is cardio, I usually do one ask out session at the end and then just walk out, I have nothing left after that
