Thanks Fellas! I feel like I'm back in business today. Back was still a little wonky from a tough weekend full of like 12 hours of yard work (we got a big yard here and wife's mother's day present was a crap ton of yard stuff that makes her happy. Me, not so much). BUT, still mananged to hit everything I wanted to hit today and I'm right on schedule.

Streamlined the program to make it 2x 10 for the work sets as 3x 10 is too much abuse for not so much return in my opinion. 3 sets worked for Kaz, but then again he was on a different supplementation program than I am.

Warmups: Back Raises, hamstring and hip stretches, some swings
Dynamic: P. Snatch to 125 (easy), missed 135 twice, very close though, just a timing issue.

Deadlift:
1x 320
2x 10x 240

Low Pin:
4x 5x 275 (worked on being explosive, but without rushing between reps)

Plank: 60 sec., 53 sec., 45, 25
(Haha! these went downhill fast. Try these after high rep deadlifts! A whole new experience let me tell you!)

Squat:
2x 12x 190 (solid and about all the gas I had in the tank)

Bulgarians: 2x 10
ss w/ leg curl: 2x 15x 45

Was gonna do some farmer's walks, but ran out of time. I am going to work some strongman stuff at the end though. Not real heavy, just conditioning and some extra work.

125 Snatch:
135 miss:
320 Deadlift:
10x 240:
3rd Low pin set 5x 275, form didn't feel right:
4th low pin set 5x 275, for comparison, I think this set better:
Last squat set 12x 190, camera just made it before battery conked!:

There you go. Good solid day. Back in business. Next stop, 425 deadlift in three months. (hopefully! )
