Thank you for checking out my training log.
I have always been fascinated by health, strength, fitness and beauty. There are limits to everything, how much strength and muscle mass may be achieved, how low we can safely maintain body fat percentages, but most never reach those limits. I plan on reaching my natural limits in both strength and muscle mass, and would like remain at a low percentage of body fat perpetually. This will years and years, but it's not something that will take a lifetime. I'd like to train and enjoy what time I have here, with the people I care for.
I want to be the best at everything, but I will settle for being the best I can be. I will update this thread daily and will gladly answer any questions.
