06.16.13, Sun 6:00-7:30pm

-2 sessions ago on after squats and deadlifts the left side of my hip was in real pain afterwards. The next session the mobility work hurt as well as the warm ups but I felt like I could go through it and I did.

Squat
45x 5/5/
115x 5/5/
165x 1/1/

-Took an extra day off because the hip now really didn't feel ready. Decided to just go lighter and focus on form and speed. After hitting 1 rep at 165 I felt a deep pain and racked and thought I just did something wrong. Went again same thing happened, so I called it a day for the posterior chain.

Barbell Row
45x 5/
95x 5/
105x 5/5/5/5/5/

-5 at this weight feels pretty heavy

Standing Press
45x 5/
65x 5/
85x 5/5/5/5/5/

-5 at this weight feels pretty heavy

Parallel Grip Pull Up
7/6/7/5/

Skullcrusher
35x 10/10/10/10/

Power Shrug
135x 8/
185x 8/8/8/

Incline Curl (Fat Gripz)
20x 5/4/5/

06.18.13, Tue 8:00-10:00pm

-Decided to leave the lower body alone for the next 2-3 workouts. While doing skullcrushers, just pushing my leg back to get on my toes causes a deep pain on the left side of the hip/groin region.

That avatar is great.

Hope you're feeling better. When I get injured, 9 times out of 10 it seems to be from spur of the moment changes.

Sometime soon after a hard squat/deadlift session I want to down a 28' and film it. Haven't found anyone yet to take on my team for the $1000 challenge of a 54x54.

Hope the pain is something that goes away fast, it's just hard to believe that I actually have a pain in only 9-10 weeks of training.
