Squat
45x 5/5/
115x 5/
165x 3/
185x 2/
205x 1/
225x 1/

Deadlift
135x 5/5/
185x 5/
225x 3/
245x 1/
280x 5/

-All the reps felt slower and heavier than usual. Form gave at the second or third rep and the last was a real grinder. Also, my head was way up for some reason and not packed. I'll repeat this next time.

Standing Press
45x 5/
65x 5/
95x 3/
110x 3/3/3/3/3/

-These were very heavy today, likely due to the grinding deadlift.

Barbell Row
115x 5/
130x 5/5/

-I went in real late and the gym closed before I could finish.

I got someone who can record my heavier sets about once a week. Just seeing them in the gym made my sets each a little better in the case of bench/row. For squat/deadlift I did not see them until after. I have a good idea of where I need improvements, but if you see any I didn't let me know.

Nice work. Lifts look good. You arch your back quite a bit in the squats, but it looks like it works for you well. I try that packing neck thing from time to time and I don't notice much difference when I do or don't. My .02.

Good stuff, keep it rolling along.

I'll keep that in mind and see if there is a major difference for me or not.

11.17.13, Sun @163lb

-Up until now I have tried to go in every other day, but I think 3x/week would be better.

-Rowing after deadlifts is getting difficult now, so pull ups are back in.
