Block Pulls were difficult, shoulders were coming forward throwing me out of position for the pull. Technique is slowly coming along for my pulls off the floor 10 more lbs next week I think I'm going to slowing start ramping the weights back up prolly 5-10kg per week as I'm hoping to finally get my hands on a set of kilo plates for my gym at home and I'm going to try and make it out during the week to train with the night crew cause its pretty tedious traveling 45minutrs to train with the same person

Where are you throwing the pause in at? Below knees, right off floor, somewhere else?

Just above the knee then my block pulls are mid shin to patella insertion jus because I miss there. Deceleration in that area I think would help just to get more time under tension there
