I wish, but when you loss mass you lose some leverages. I'm basing off of a 290 bench but I'm pretty sure my bench is higher than that since I got through the entire session in a little over and an hour 15 minutes. Just from the shear volume as I'm pressing ranging from 27 bar lifts to 67 bar lifts per session with 4 sessions a week. By the end of it my 2x6 are up around 285 which is where they were before I got down to 235.

Overall I was really surprised at the session considering I didnt leave my bed at all on friday. I believe 285 is 40lb PR but I feel alot stronger out there rather than 81cm so I think Ill be playing with different hand placing over the next couple weeks. My deadlift training max needs to go up it seemed really easy today. First reps were slow need to learn to keep my hips down at the beginning of the pull

Not really, I have weak triceps so pretty much over load them as much as possible hoping it'll push up my comp grip if not I'm going to try and find a middle ground between the two
