Thanks Guys!, And Btb I finally think that my bench is starting to move again, going to run a bench meet prep cycle since I haven't decieded whether or not im going to compete at the beginning of july. It will be bench only if I do compete since I have a couple of my training partners competing so I'll have to handle them.

I know right, a couple more weeks till I can start training "heavier" so 80% is range this low end prilepin's table shit is killing me. I have about 7 weeks till provincals so a 5 week cycle with a skills eval the last week after that I think I should be fine to use an actual training max. I'm hoping for october to compete again even if I just use it as a skills eval just just of up to 90/95% but the meet in looking at is CPU or GPC nationals next year since we'll have lifters at both.

Overall I was happy with the session although my squats were all high, but it was on purpose, since my hips are so immoble I cannot get depth without ALOT of lower back rounding, I will slowly start to add depth back in once mobility starts to come back.

It looks so much more tough.

Also, I don't mean this in a mean way, but that bench seems low for you? Did you get injured on that front too?
