GHR's SS/ Leg Extensions:

Legs are really getting stronger. I was using same weight/sets/reps today that I used to do before knee injury. Cant wait to see where my squat is. I start training for the USPA Springfield meet in October next week.

Todays training started pretty slow but ended real good. My last set of squats felt better and was faster thsn the first set. I've learned that it takes me awhile to get warmed up on squats since I tore my quad tendon.Jared Davis
