Heavy Cable Crunches:

First day of The Cube for Strongman Training and it went pretty good. I'm still supposed to bench this Saturday so I kept it light and fluffy. No more upper body stuff for the rest of the week.

Seated DB Shrugs:

Chest Supported BB Curls:

Back felt ok but I can still tell my back is still a little messed up but no pain or anything. Still made me feel a little bit better the 515 went so easy. The reverse hypers sucked in a good way and really stretched out the lower back, which I needed very badly.
