Yep, pretty much. Only one I had to use a little effort on was the viking squats. That last set of 12 was rough. Everything else was easy and felt good.

GHD Situps:

Not happy with tonights deadlifts at all. The felt heavy and were slow off the floor. Hoping it was just an off day but I think its time to start wearing my belt during my work sets. It is night and day difference in pulling with a belt than without. Hope rest of the week goes better.

Decline cable trap pullovers:

100lb plate Up Right Rows:

Reverse Handled Cable Triceps extension:

Wide handled chest supported rows:

A lot better day of training than monday. 455 singles were good solid reps and pretty fast too.
