Thanks bro! Before I tore my quad tendon 505 was a warm up weight for me. This was a major milestone for me.

Yeah, very hard but its slowly coming back. My deadlift is better than ever though so its not all bad. Just gotta keep after it. Brad1224, yeah before the accident, 500 was just a stepping stone to my work sets. I was up to 750 in sleeves. I'll get back there eventually.

Incline DB Flyes:

DB Tricep Kickbacks:
3x10 each arm

I really enjoyed today in the gym! My back and knees were feeling like crap so instead of doing squats and deads again I decided to play around with some excercises I havent done in awhile. Stayed light on everything and just did some good quality reps to just get some blood in the muscles. Best thing about today was that the Kickbacks DIDNT hurt my elbows!!!
