Cable Incline flyes:

Cable, low pulley flyes:

Cable preacher triceps extension:

Band Triceps extension:

Had a ok day but just wasn't feeling it today.

I can take a guess as to why^^Remember 405x10x10? Shake it off and get back at it.
Those floor presses are amazing. Real strong!

Had a really good training day except I was sick as a dog to my stomach the whole time.

Finally got to play with my "big" DB today! Biggest DB I've had in my hands and I really like it for rows. I was totally smashed at the end of todays training! Gotta love it!!!!!!
