Decided to visit the sauna to sweat some. Took the day off due to yesterday training but I'm returning tomorrow with 80-85 percent bench, same for squat/dl on Wednesday and rest Thursday. Numbers are looking good, diet is on place, distilled water from now on and I'm ready to Roll!!

Hit the gym today with easy warm up follow by 2 sets of 315 x 4. Then 3 sets of 115 x 20 shrug and call the day. Short day because I don't want to get burn or even get hurt. Sit in the sauna for 1 hour total and call it good. Nutrition is on time on target, the weight is looking good and I feel strong. Tomorrow is lowerbody and is going to be easy day too.

yes and no...

I went yesterday for a light squat/legs session. Hit the squat rack with nice and easy warm up. Hit 315 x 3, 315 x 2 with pause and 405 x 2. Proceed to lying leg curls with an easy 3 sets of 40 x 10 with concentration in the negative portion of the exercise. Hit the legs press with 5 x 100, 5 x 200, & 5 x 400. That's it...That's why I said yes and no. Easy short day but left me with the whole bag of energy. I want to keep pumping but I know that I need to take it easy...injuries at this point can be disastrous...

Sauna and stretch today with some light upper body Friday, lower body assistance on Saturday and stability moves on Sunday...

Sauna all week after that with a whole bunch of stretch...

Back from the gym with a nice short straight to the point upper body session.

Stretch for 5 minutes

DB Press
2 x 110 x 10

db shrug
2 x 110 x 10

db row
2 x 120 x 100

Stretch some and then to the sauna. Weight is looking good so far. Diet is ok. No thirsty or too hungry...7 days to go for weigh-in...

Tomorrow is light lower body set...and the clock is ticking...see 'ya!!!

I will have my scale in the room. I let you know before head to the meet, plus I going to check if the going to transmit the meet online. I think they did before. Will see.

So far my opener are 500/340/475 & feel confident with all three. Let you know how it goes!
