Yes sir... Great time, good numbers and my body responding without issues. May have some videos but hard to said at this time. We have too many people walking all over in front of cameras. Will ck later after arrive home.

Bench was 370 with 1 board and squat attempt 505 for first time. Looks like was close but about an inch high. Don't blame my up caller!!! loL! For sure I can get it on my next meet. Great time here guys, good food, good numbers, excellent re-hab information plus free Inzer wrist wraps...

Yesterday was my Bench day...use some new stretch and warm up technique from this past weekend...also two scoop of Juggernaut HP and see what happen!!!

2 x bar x 10 (1 boards)

1 x 95 x 10 (1 boards)

1 x 115 x 5 (1 boards)

1 x 135 x 5 (1 boards)

1 x 185 x 12 (1 boards)

1 x 225 x 6 (1 boards + 2 lbs)

1 x 255 x 5 (1 boards)

1 x 295 x 3 (1 boards)

4 x 315 x 4 (1 board)

Sauna for 20 minutes to stretch and relax my body.

Finish very strong, my shoulder feels a lot better and energy levels are coming back to normal. Kept massaging both of my shoulders during the whole session and really makes a difference.

I am going to hit the squat rack today and I will let you know how it goes!!!

After I chat to you guys (yesterday) I hit the squat rack and everything ran very smooth...

1 x bar x 10

1 x bar x 5

2 x 135 x 5

1 x 230 x 12

1 x 280 x 6

1 x 325 x 5

1 x 370 x 3

2 x 405 x 4

2 x 405 x 4 with knee wraps

front squat

1 x 315 x 5

goodmorning

1 x 225 x 10

sauna for 20 minute

Feel good. I'm using the same Bench press formula from Monster Garage Team on my squats. FEEL AWESOME...

Today is resting day and tomorrow morning I'm doing some mountain bike cross country with some co-workers. Will see how that works. Going back to the Gym on Saturday. See you there...

Came back from my ride and my quads & hams received a real pounding. Worse than squatting for 6 miles of natural trail. Probably will increase my squat by attacking small muscle on my hams/quads...if I don't break my neck. I flew over the bike aprox 7-8 feets. THANKS GOD FOR COMBAT ROLLS...and glad nobody have a cam...LoL!!!

Saturday is assistance for upper body...see you there!

Yesterday was a nice assistance/accessories day. Good stretch and nice warm up. Use bands to stretch and warm up my shoulders.

Shrug

3 x 120 x 15

Bend Over row

3 x 100 x 10

Pull Over

3 x 100 x 8

Incline Lat db Raise

2 x 20 x 10

1 x 20 x 20

Tri's Pull down

1 x 135 x 12

1 x 125 x 10

1 x 115 x 10

Hit the sauna 3 times for 20 minute with 5 minutes break in between. Weigh-in is in 5 weeks and I decided to start tuning my diet, sauna, training and supplementation. Don't want to wait to the last minute. Last time I did the last 28 days and I think I cut my self short 2 days. Everything work out fine but I rush myself the last couple days. I'm taking my time this time and I would not take any chances for failure. This one is for all the marbles...

Today is legs/lower body assistance day. Is going to be great. Let you know later!!!
