April 22nd, 2012 - Food and Cardio

Cardio: 30 minute walk, post-dinner.

Food:

9:00 am - Coffee and one scoop whey
Noon - Pack of beef jerky and Hydramino
4pm - 2 scoops of Hydramino Intra-workout
5:30pm - 2 scoops of Hydramino post-workout
6:00pm - 2 T-bone steaks and 6 over easy eggs
9:30 - Couple handfuls of almonds

Great seeing you back at it hard. Those calves will be tightening to protect your knee most likely. Make sure you get them stretched out.
