Food:

8:00 am - Coffee and one scoop whey
10:00 am - Coffee and one scoop whey
Noon - Coffee and 1/2 scoop whey
3pm - Hydramino
5:00pm - 4 hamburger patties with cheddar cheese, 1/2 diced white onion, 8 ounce of green beans cooked in butter, 6 slices bacon
7:30pm - One pack of bacon

And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
