April 26th, 2013

An amazing session.

Started incredibly slow. Had no motivation. Took forever just to start the first warmup set.

325 squat felt heavy, and 415 felt heavier. By the time I was up to my last set I just went for it and tossed on 10 more pounds than Monday. It went well. 545 was actually faster and easier than 535 was on Monday.

Knee is 100%, or seems to be. Quads feel up to 100% conditioning wise, so it's game on.

At this point deadlifts started. They were feeling light so I went as hard as I could. My last set with chains felt easy. The lightest any deadlift over 700 has ever felt.

There is hope.

415 x 1
415 + 60 pounds chains x 1
425 + 120 pounds chains x 1*

*Deload about 50-60 pounds in the hole

Deadlifts - 5"

135 x 3
225 x 1

635 + 120 pounds chains x 1*

*665 from the start of the pull, 715 at lockout

Sorry it's taken so long for me to chime in. I think it's great, motivational, and inspirational how you are so strong, have such a giving heart, and you are so passionate about everything.

I'm going to follow right along with you and try to maximize my strength while cutting down to at least 242 or less like you. I might have to start a new log like you
