Conditioning is the goal soon. I know I will have to start slow, but I have to do it.

Last workout before the meet done. I didn't do anything crazy, but hitting all 3 lifts was hard. Going to go tear up some pizza, and beer too.

Deadlifts - Low Rack

635 + 120 chains x 1 - LIGHT, never felt lighter.

Bench Press - Slingshot
