July 9th, 2013

Forgot to bench I was so hungry. Ate about 279 chicken wings, then remember I had to lift. "Oh yeah, I have a meet coming up."

Hit the gym expecting to go light and possibly even cough up a few chickens. Did neither.

Smashed a PR.

I couldn't be any more ready for this meet. No matter what happens this prep has been A+.

Let the bar come and try to stop me.

Just recently learning about your training but it looks like youre getting a good weight gain to strength ratio. Fuck it, go for 500-600 bench!! We all know that nobody accomplishes that regardless of how much they weigh. Doubt Big Show ever put up 5. Smash on big boy!
