Strong lower back pump. Despite this deadlifts have never felt lighter. My low rack pulls were almost laughable. I hate to get cocky about them, but I was surprised by how easy the pulls went.

Motivation was so so today. The meet feels like it's taking forever to get here. Just trying to stay healthy.

High Rack Pulls
225 x 3
405 x 1
495 x 1
585 x 1
635 x 1
635 + 120 chains x 1 rep x 2 sets

Low Rack Pulls - 3 inches
635 + 120 chains x 1 rep x 2 sets

Bench tomorrow.
