June 18th, 2013

Misloaded 660 instead of 650. Tried to walk it out twice but failed. Then realized there was too much weight on the bar. Was feeling spent by then but hit a 600 squat for good measure.

Saving deadlifts for tomorrow.

Do you think you might have got the 660 on a monolift? I assume your meet will be using a monolift?

I like how you attempted it twice - speaks volumes about about your character and how you won't go down without a fight. Still alot of good positives Steve!

I would cave w/ 600+ on my back. Still some great squats. Applaud you for giving a second try.

660 is a huge weight to be walking out, I presume the meet in July has a mono lift?
