Good W/O, squats were not easy by any stretch of the imagination, but were easier than I thought they would be......hard to pick the legs up the stairs to the house afterwards.

Using all fours works for me to get up the stairs after a solid thrashing like you just did. Getting on/off the toilet is a whole other matter tho!

Nice stuff Marvin! Killing it.

JB gave me a good tip for sore quads. Take a really hot shower, then sit down and roll them with a rolling pin. Hurts like the dickens at first, but gets better after that. And the ability to no longer walk funny makes it worth it.

You're really making great progress everywhere. Nice to see.

90 x 6....last one was a grinder...must be zeroing in on the correct weights.

Low Pin Bench Press:
48 x 8
95 x 8

135 x 8

135 x 8....first time I hit 8 reps on all sets
95 x AMAP...20

BB Curls:
45 x 6

60 x 12
60 x 7
60 x 6
25 reps..increase next time

1 Minute Hammers:
22.5 x 21

63 reps..increase next time

Tuesday is my shortest W/O of the week, but today was a good one...hit rep goals on every movement...cant ask for more than that....
