Nice work Moe.

Just to let you know, board pressing is different for different people. I could never really do much more on them than I can bench full range for example. And doing them by yourself is a pain for sure. JB will let you know if you need to adjust numbers or change things, so don't worry about numbers really.

I got tangled up in number crunching and comparing myself to Jim while doing the program at the same time as him and that was actually a bad thing. Wasted mental energy. We're different lifters with different strengths and weaknesses and different lifts worked better or not, so the numbers I was worrying about weren't actually important at the time.

It's where you end up that matters. JB will get you there, no question about that.

Thanks Mike....I gave up comparing numbers to others a while ago when it became obvious I had some of the lightest numbers here...BUT..it wont always be that way, that, and all the progess I have made keeps me going!

And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Wasn't too happy with my deads, thought I would have done more....got kinda pissed off....well, real pissed off to tell the truth, and actually broke a 5 lb plate in half....BUT after talking with JB, I didnt do as bad as I thought I did....now Im really pissed at myself for breaking the 5 lb plate!!!
