Wide Stance Squats:

Program said to go light, but that is a relative term..I didnt know where to go, so I went 75 %

Bulgarian Squats:

These were todays "never done these before" exercise, used 25 lb dumbells. Had to do a couple sets with no weight to get my balance.

Unfortunatly I recieved some bad news...well, more like disappointing news, that affected my W/O. I pride myself on not letting things like this affect me, especially when I have time to get my thoughts in the right place.....but I got the news literally minutes before I started. Anyway, still got through it, and by the time I was done....I could hardly pick my legs up to walk up stairs......

Your mental strength also appears to be on the rise as it looks like you nailed the session. I use my power rack to get balanced on the split squats. Once I am balanced, I am good to go!

hope life is going to treat you ok. sometimes it becomes very difficult to separate yourself from outside world.

FYI, killing those squats! You are going to rep your meet squat this training cycle for sure haha.
