Everyone in the house had it, all were over it the next day, so I was betting on it not being very serious Jim....Being a former fatty, its hard to eat to gain, I have to go slow...and thats hard enough mentally....Seems almost every assistance exercise is new to me....off course it would be when all I did before was the big 4

Decline sit ups sound like a bitch and then supersetting them proves you are not taking the easy road and working hard Marvin.

Interesting pausing those DB Rows. It seems that alot of lifters here are starting to pause everything.

I pause 1 sec at the top and squeeze the muscles, can certainly feel the difference the mext day.

Lisa, "BIG" is set up 4 days a week, and with 2 nights working the second job, I do a Sun - Mon....Wed - Thurs split.....
