I personally find rack pulls more difficult than full rom pulls. Must be the dead stop from that position and my lower back strength is not quite there yet.

Really glad you like BIG Marvin. I have been thinking of going back on it soon as I never did finish it.

On snatch grip deads, I found using Versagripps helped alot.

I certainly felt them in the traps and upper back the last couple days Jim. I really liked them.

So far I am Lovin it...great to have some direction over my old routine of dead, bench, squat...and that all.

160 x 4....got #5 with spotters help...no chance on #6

Close Grip, 3 board press
45 x 6

first time on these. Did a lot more than I thought I would, especially after only 4 reps on the bench at 160...guess my bench weakness is NOT the top half!!

Skull Crusher / CCBP Combos:
45 x 5 x 5
65 x 5 x 5
60 x 5 x 5
55 x 5 x 5

Another first timer...thoses were killer...I can tell sore tri's tomorrow...

Keep the working max the same for next week. Get me a video if you can of your bench and i will see if I can tell where the weak point is. If we can find it we will fix it with specific auxiliary work.
