Nice work Moe! As for the face pulls, I've just started learning them myself. I also had to lean back a little, not sure if that is right but, that's what felt "right" to me.

45 lb increase from last cycle...I went in thinking I could hit 400, and I did.....4PPS, which are all the big wheels I got....soooooooo, guess I need to but some more!!

Deficit Deads:
135 x 6
195 x 6
225 x 6

Never did these before, No idea what weight to use....but I can tell you this...It wasnt gonna be anymore than 225, thats for sure....

Pendley Rows:
115 x 8
115 x 8

115 x 8...10 lb increase

Squats:
135 x 20...first time I hit 20

Rating 12/10....one of the best W/O's I've had in a while...and I have been having great ones lately!!

Week 2 in the books.....I will be starting over with week 1 next week....to time ending the cycle with my next meet.

Seeing as we both have lower back arthritis, it's great to see you have no issues with the rack pulls, as doing them should help your lockout strength. I cannot really do them. Starting from a dead start with my lower back just doesn't bode well with my lower back, as it squawks every time.

Also good to see you working on your strength off the floor with deficits, which I love to do. New PR's will for sure be set at the meet.
