Compared to today, yesterday was walk in the park..today really was BRUTAL...I was breathing hard, sweat pouring off me...looked like I did some work for a change!!

The Super Sets were killer...I freakin loved doing them!!
Could hardly walk up the steps afterwards!!!
Fell asleep real early last night!!!!!

Recovery tonight, then back at it on Wednesday!!
