Tuesday 5-14-13
Week 5, Day 2

Squats:
45 x 6
135 x 4
165 x 4
185 x 4
210 x 4
210 x 4
210 x 4

Dont recall ever squatting over 200 for reps...SUPER COOL!! Last set took all I had!

Narrow Stance Squats:
45 x 6
95 x 6
135 x 6
145 x 6
150 x 6
150 x 6

These were supposed to be explosive...well they started out that way, but by the end....I dont think explosive would be the way anyone would have described them!!

Another good W/O.......Back at it again tonight!!

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Thanks OR. It might seem like the obvious to most, but I have really noticed there is no time to waste even 1 set. I am learning to give every set all I have...not always enough, but at the end of the W/O I ask myself "Did I leave ANYTHING in the tank?" 90% of the time it is NO....now to work on the other 10%
