Sounds like you reinvigorated and having fun Mike, which will pay dividends for sure. I am sure tho I am even more pathetic than you at pull ups. I think they are best suited to the spring chicken crowd. haha

Even did some yardio for an hour afterward.

I really love doing this type of workout! Reminds of when I got started. I think I'm going back to this after this next cycle of linear.
