Thanks fellas! I really appreciate the support and I'm gonna need it apparently. Haha. I still don't feel really all that good. I think that meet really did a whammy on me. I'm also not sure I'm ready mentally to start going all out again as I think I need to build up some conditioning to even handle the first week without killing myself. Plus, I'm way behind in grad school as I let too much slide and now it's crunch time and I simply have to put the hours into getting my responsibilities done.

SO, I'm going to take this week, and maybe next week too, to build up the volume and get myself really ready to work hard, and also get a hell of a lot of school work done.

So, it's steadily higher volume fullbody stuff M-W-F starting today.

warmups: Mobility circuit and Jump rope for 2 min.

Power Snatch:
10-12 reps up to 2x 95

Clean and Press:
2x 95, 95, 115, 115, 135, 135

Deadlift: 10x 185

Bench: 10x 155

Squat: 10x 175 (hardest thing of the day)

BB Rows: 10x 135

OHP: 10x 95 (easiest of the day)

Assisted Pullups (med band): 10x BW

Wednesday Snatch and Cleans will go up a bit in weight, but keep the reps the same. However, I will be adding 1-2 sets of 10 to everything else until I get to 3x 10 on all of them, then see where I'm at and either add weight for another week or if I feel good, get started on my next cycle.

There you go. Onward and upward. I apologize in advance for not being around much the next two weeks as I get caught up on life in general.
