First week of full body down. Woo!

12/01/2009: (M) Medium Day

Workout Time: 71 minutes

Workout Grade: B+

My day started with a whimper. I haven't been sick all year, and this morning I started coughing, and it continue for 90 minutes. I then did what I always do when getting sick...hit the gym. Why? because I'd rather face it head on then to submit. And I feel a little better now.

Reminder...this is a medium day. My bench and squat weights are purposely lighter.

Bench Press

How did the weights feel? Whenever I feel a little sick, I also hit the gyms, but everything feels heavier.

Things felt really easy today. Except the squats had me breathing heavily. 2 reps per set don't kill me...but 3 make me breath real hard.

I'm feeling very good, and mentally engaged. This is a program I can live with. The only issue I'm dealing with is light day. I'm not sure that hang cleans are staying, but the question is...if I don't do them, what then?
