Default Muscle and Brawn, with Martial arts

Hi

Just starting my log here, I'm going to do Muscle and Brawn full body routine.
Gonna start Light, and run it as long as possible.
aiming to gain strength/muscle without too much fat in the process.
Ideally I would like to be about 170 -175 lbs and relativity lean

Currently 161lbs
at 5'7, age 30.

In the past, I have weighted as little as 142lbs (pre lifting days), and as heavy as 170 (after doing strong-lifts for a year)
Started lifting about 2and half years ago, and took up kickboxing 2years ago.
Aside from lifting/martial arts I'm fairly sedentary, I'm am seated all day in work and commuting to and from the office.

My schedule is going to run like this.

Sun workout A
Mon - Kickboxing
Tue workout B
Wed - Kickboxing
Thur workout A
Friday -Rest
Sat - MMA

My Lifting stats aren't up to much at present, so Maybe I might get a 2nd round of nooby gains!

going to do some reading on how I should set up my macros.

Work Out A

(day 2 on this program)
Someday - I'm aiming to have respectable lifts like you folks around here!

Squat
Warm up
20kg x8
30kg x8
40kg x6

Main sets
62.5kg x 6
62.5kg x 6
62.5kg x 6

Bench Press
Warm up
20kg x10
30kg x8

Main sets
47.5kg x6
47.5kg x6
47.5kg x6

DB Rows
15kg x8
15kg x8

upright rows
22.5kg x 10
22.5kg x 9

Seated tri extensions might look for an alternative, these never feel right
9.5kg x8
9.5kg x8

I've been inspired by this video

I feel a bit crappy, as I was doing well on a similar program, from last September until mid January, strength & body weight went up a lot, then a death of a relative kinda overwhelmed me for a bit, and I slipped up by degree, lifted less/ate less.
