Hey man, thanks for stopping by.

Have been really busy with work - and been to physio a few times now,
Haven't been lifting since I last posted (physio's orders).
I have a few niggley things with my elbow & Shoulder as well as my knee & foot.
Seems the right side of my body is riddled with Imbalance
so I'm working on getting everything fixed, as these things always seem to set me back.

Hoping to get back to training soon.

well its not working at the moment.
But in the past I did Stronglifts 5x5 while kickboxing, worked out well for a while.

Physio going well. back next Tuesday, I will hopefully get a some info as to when I can train again.
