Another great session. Squatting is ahead of target thankfully. Still focusing on getting well below depth and explosive drive out of the bottom. Used a slightly narrower stance tonight as my normal one will end up getting me pinned if I drop too far by accident.

tasty. Felt nice and easy and got good depth, had a guy watching me all the time. buried the last rep of the last set just like last week. Very confident of my squatting again after a disaster at the nationals. First set had at least 5-6 in me if I pushed it. Should be good for 220 plus with depth to spare at this stage I figure.

ran out of time and went home.
Very good session and getting good results. Weight feels light as it should but really nailing depth and making sure I don't miss lifts due to tech issues. As said the strength is there, I just have to make stay in line and use it.
